NinjaSaves and these terms
NinjaSaves is a service based in Norway. These terms cover our website, desktop application and subscriptions. Contact support about your account or purchase, or use our legal contact form for rights and legal requests. This page uses our service name; complete operator registration and address disclosures have not yet been published.
Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before using the service
Check the supported games, available edits, downloads and system requirements, and subscription details before buying. Windows x64 and Linux x64 are supported as described on the Downloads page. macOS is coming soon. Compatibility can differ by game edition, region and updates. You need an account, the required subscription and a compatible console and computer connected to the same local network.
Use only consoles, accounts and saves you own or are authorised to use. Keep your account credentials private. Do not share or resell access, evade access controls, upload malicious files, infringe others’ rights or interfere with other users. NinjaSaves does not grant permission to breach a platform’s or publisher’s rules.
Saves and transfers
Keep an independent backup of important progress. NinjaSaves is a temporary processing service, not permanent backup storage. Working saves are normally available for around 24 hours after upload. Availability can end after expiry or finalisation; import again when instructed. That availability estimate is not a promise that all related records are deleted at that time.
Review the selected game, console and edits before confirming. Follow the current wizard instructions and check the result in your game after transferring. Editing, incompatible software or interrupted transfers can affect progress. We do not guarantee particular achievements or acceptance by a third-party platform. These cautions do not remove our obligations when the service fails to meet what was agreed.
You retain your rights in your material, subject to publishers’ and other parties’ rights. You authorise the processing needed to perform your requested operation. NinjaSaves and its licensors retain rights in the application and branding; third-party components retain their own licences. Statutory rights concerning software remain unaffected.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Review the price, currency, billing interval and save allowance shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew as agreed until cancelled. Individual pay-per-save purchases are not currently offered. Your plan and checkout determine the allowance and price; these terms do not authorise undisclosed charges.
Manage cancellation in your account to stop future renewals. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. For withdrawal, mistaken charges or a service that does not work, see the Refund Policy. Price or material service changes require the notice and rights required by applicable law.
Problems and restrictions
Contact us with the relevant operation or order reference when something goes wrong. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse, security issues or lack of entitlement. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. A restriction does not remove statutory refund or complaint rights.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling. Significant changes will be communicated as required. NinjaSaves is independent of Sony and game publishers; PlayStation and PS5 are their owners’ trademarks.
