Contact and scope
NinjaSaves is based in Norway. Use our legal and privacy contact form to request information or exercise your rights, or contact support for account help. This notice describes the current service. Complete operator identity, processing-provider countries and transfer arrangements, and the full record-retention schedule are still being completed; this page does not represent those disclosures as verified.
Information processed
- Account details, authentication and session information, roles, subscription entitlements and preferences.
- Console and console-user identifiers, local network addresses, game/title identifiers, save metadata and the saves you choose to process.
- Import, inspection, patching and export history, selected edits and values, timestamps, errors, processing references and usage/accounting results.
- Device and software diagnostics used for security and support, including available operating-system, hardware and app-version information.
- Friendly names, comments, support communications and legal requests you provide.
- Order and subscription references, amounts, currency, payment status and limited saved-payment details. Stripe collects full card details through its payment interface.
- Website connection and security information, approximate country used to suggest currency, and browser preferences.
- Marketing attribution: how you arrived (campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, referral code, referring website and landing page), approximate country, language and device type, as described in the Cookie Policy. IP addresses and full browser user-agents are not stored for this.
Avoid sending passwords, full card details or unrelated sensitive information in support messages or save comments.
Purposes and legal bases
Account access, requested save processing, purchases and subscription administration use information necessary to provide the service and take steps at your request. Security, abuse prevention and fault investigation use relevant records for our legitimate interests in reliable operation, subject to balancing your rights. Required financial and legal records are processed for applicable legal obligations. Optional marketing and other consent-based uses depend on your choice; accepting Terms is not blanket consent to optional processing.
Recognising your browser across visits with the ns_vid identifier requires your consent (Accept all), which you can withdraw in Cookie settings. Without it, we attach how you arrived during a visit to an account or order you create in that visit, and keep that attribution with those records to measure which websites, campaigns and partners bring customers, based on our legitimate interest; you can object through our legal contact form.
You can change marketing preferences in your account and unsubscribe through marketing messages. Service and security communications are separate. Role, entitlement and security checks can reject a request; contact us if you believe a decision or usage record is incorrect.
Providers and temporary saves
Cloudflare supplies hosting and related infrastructure. Stripe supplies payment services. An external save-processing provider holds the working save and performs requested inspection, editing and encryption. Authorised staff can access relevant account and activity records for support and administration. Decrypted-save access and manual uploads are restricted to authorised administrative access.
Current imports are not permanent archives in NinjaSaves’ own storage, but readable save data may pass through the service during an authorised operation. Working saves normally remain usable for about 24 hours. Expiry is not a guarantee that every copy, support record or processing log has been erased. Account-linked metadata, transaction records and older archives can outlast working-save availability. A file downloaded to an administrator’s computer has a separate local lifetime.

Your device and choices
The desktop app remembers language and a protected saved-login session in your user application data. Signing out removes or invalidates that session. Browser storage remembers login and preferences as described in the Cookie Policy. Clearing local data does not delete server records. Network diagnostics inspect local conditions; information you choose to submit for support becomes part of that request.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of eligible information, withdraw consent, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to legitimate-interest processing through our legal contact form. We may need proportionate identity verification. Required financial records or records needed for a specific legal claim may be retained even after a deletion request; we will explain relevant restrictions.
You can complain to Datatilsynet or another competent supervisory authority without contacting us first. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but cannot promise absolute security. Material changes will be communicated as required.
